Overview:
Crypto Packaged Goods is seeking a Senior Business Development Lead with a proven track record of developing successful brand partnerships in the rapidly evolving world of Web3. As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in helping our company drive business growth. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities for CPG to partner with leading brands, leveraging your expertise in the digital landscape to create mutually beneficial relationships with long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Establish, maintain, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at leading brands, driving partnership conversations and negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and impactful campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform strategies and proposals.
- Develop and manage budgets, contracts, and timelines for campaigns.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Web3, identifying creative ways to drive growth.
- Actively pursue partnerships throughout the ecosystem, including with blockchain-based projects, cryptocurrency exchanges, and other relevant entities.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and successful campaign execution.
- Continuously evaluate partnership performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Attend Web3 events and conferences to network with potential partners and stay up to date on industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
